(Oats - 1/3 cup oats, 2/3 cup almond milk, 1/3 cup water, a few small spoonfuls of cocoa powder, a splash of vanilla and a drizzle of agave.)
Spinach, orange bell pepper, cherry tomato, chickpea, pistachio and fig salad with a pomegranate molasses/tahini/orange juice dressing.

Green PB monster (1 banana, 1 tsp PB, 1 tbsp ground flaxseed, 1 tsp agave, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup water, 3 cups spinach, small handful of ice, pinch of cinnamon) topped with blackberries and all-bran.
Breakfast this morning - banana, PB and cinnamon smoothie.
2 very ripe bananas, heaping tsp of organic peanut butter, a few shakes of cinnamon, 1 tbsp ground flaxseed, a handful of ice, 1/3 cup almond milk, 1/3 cup water.
This morning’s green smoothie - PB&J. (1 banana, 2 handfuls of spinach, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tsp peanut butter, 1 tsp raspberry jam, a handful of ice and 3/4 cup almond milk.)
Breakfast this morning - super green smoothie! 1 ripe banana, 2 kiwis, 2 huge handfuls of spinach, 1 tbsp flaxseed, a small handful of ice and enough almond milk to get the blender going.
Green breakfast smoothie - banana, spinach, peanut butter, light soy milk, chia seeds, ice, gluten free oats and a dash of agave, topped with sunflower seeds and with more ice. :D
My favourite green smoothie - 1 ripe banana, 1 date (for natural sweetness!), several handfuls of spinach, a big splash of almond milk, 1/2 tbsp natural peanut butter and a tbsp or so of chia seeds all poured over lots of ice and drunk with a straw.
Maybe I’ll add some raspberry jam next time and it’ll taste like a PBJ smoothie…
Breakfast this morning - half an organic watermelon! :D
We have lots of lovely fresh produce in, so why not, eh? I’ve got it in my head what I’ll eat tomorrow, but in what order, I’m not quite sure…
- 1/2 a watermelon;
- Green monster smoothie - banana, spinach, chia seeds, almond milk;
- Raw veggies and hummus (I know hummus isn’t raw, shh);
- Big ‘ol salad with almonds and red grapes.
- A cup of vanilla chai tea. I’ve yet to try this, but it sounds nice!
Then if I’m still hungry, I’ll have some walnuts, cherries and blueberries. My energy levels are going to be sky high!

I know, I know… that looks like a tiny amount of almond butter. Occasionally fingers accidentally fall in the almond butter and you have to lick it off. Then this process repeats. Until you realize now there’s hardly any left for your apple. These things just happen sometimes. You know how it is.
