Multi-seed bread with almond butter, banana slices, chia seeds and cinnamon.
Breakfast - two slices of homemade poppyseed bread with soya butter, scrambled eggs cooked in chilli oil with oregano and black pepper and apple slices.
Lunch - wholemeal toasted English muffin with avocado, s&p and paprika, spinach, cherries, Mediterranean vegetable couscous and pesto/pine nut pasta salad. :)
I don’t think avocado on toast quite beats hummus on toast, but it’s really not so bad! I want to love avocados so much, I’m trying to wean myself on to them, haha. All dat healthy fats, mm gurl.
Lunch - fresh multigrain bread with hummus, cucumber and paprika, mixed salad leaves, baby plum tomatoes, cherries, red bell pepper, Mediterranean vegetable couscous and tomato pasta salad.
(Afterwards I had a spelt cracker with some pb and a few dried strawberries. Oh! And my snack was a scoop of homemade coconut milk ice-cream. :) )
I’m totally killin’ it.
Mixed salad leaves, plum cherry tomatoes, cucumber, raspberries and tuna, with a tahini/pomegranate molasses/almond milk creamy dressing.
Edamame and mixed bean salad, sweet chilli noodles, tomato pasta salad, cherry plum tomatoes, iceburg lettuce, balsamic, s&p, cucumber (hidden beneath the lettuce), cherries and unpictured tiger bread.
It’s been bbq weather recently so we’ve been having lots of salads/fresh breads etc. for lunches and dinners rather than hearty, warm meals. England (especially down south) has been reaching the same temperatures as LA and this weather is set to continue! Oh, I do like to be beside the seaside…
Breakfast this morning - strawberry, frozen banana, flaxseed and unsweetened almond milk smoothie topped with shredded coconut.
So thick, so delicious, so healthy and so perrrfect on this 28C day. :D

I’m so glad strawberries are back in season! Gone are the days it’s £4 a punnet, hurrah!
Breakfast - quinoa pops with banana slices, red grapes, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, crushed walnuts, cinnamon and almond milk, a braeburn apple and a glass of orange and carrot juice.
I love starting mornings like this. :)
GF toasted brown ciabatta roll with maple almond butter, ground flaxseed, agave and honeydew melon.
Breakfast of champions - French toast oatmeal (1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup water, vanilla, cinnamon, a cage free, local egg whisked in) topped with ground almonds, flaxseed, banana, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, organic almond butter and a drizzle of maple syrup with two kiwis.
