Green PB monster (1 banana, 1 tsp PB, 1 tbsp ground flaxseed, 1 tsp agave, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup water, 3 cups spinach, small handful of ice, pinch of cinnamon) topped with blackberries and all-bran.
Bran sticks with sliced banana, red grapes, home grown blueberries, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and almond milk.
I didn’t think it would, but completely organic, home grown produce tastes so much better than the supermarket produce! These blueberries were delicious. :3
Breakfast this morning - soy natural yoghurt, high fibre all bran, banana, raspberries, red grapes, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and chia seeds.
