Breakfast - oatmeal made with almond milk and mashed banana, topped with the rest of the banana, cinnamon, pumpkin seeds, crushed walnuts, organic peanut butter and a drizzle of maple syrup.
Quinoa pops with cinnamon, banana, raspberries, strawberries, passion fruit, pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut and almond milk.
Breakfast - quinoa pops with banana slices, red grapes, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, crushed walnuts, cinnamon and almond milk, a braeburn apple and a glass of orange and carrot juice.
I love starting mornings like this. :)
Banana pancakes (2 small bananas, mashed, 2 eggs, 3 tbsps ground almonds, 1 tsp flaxseed, cinnamon and vanilla) with coconut, agave and crushed walnuts cooked in coconut oil.
I’ve been on a real pancake kick lately - I just haven’t been wanting oatmeal. Weird!
Breakfast - my last ‘banana pancake scramble’ for a while! Topped with ground flaxseed, cinnamon, pumpkin seeds, crushed walnuts, organic crunchy pb and a drizzle of maple syrup.

It’s been so lovely the past few mornings that I’ve been able to eat outside! :D
Oatmeal with flaxseed, cinnamon, sliced banana, crushed walnuts, organic crunchy peanut butter and a drizzle of maple syrup.
Coconut crusted cinnamon and almond wholegrain French toast with banana slices, raspberries, crushed pecans, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and a drizzle of maple syrup.
Brunch is my favourite meal of the day.
Banana and cinnamon pancakes with crushed walnuts, pumpkin seeds, maple syrup and apple slices.
These pancakes are gluten and dairy free! The recipe is as follows:-
- 1 mashed banana, 1 egg, 1 tbsp ground almonds, 1 tbsp brown rice flour, a few shakes of cinnamon and a tsp or so of coconut oil to cook them in. Mix that all together then voila! Pancakes. If your banana isn’t very ripe I’d suggest adding some agave or maple syrup. :)
Stats: (makes 3 pancakes) 280 cals, 9g protein and 20% daily fibre. Awesome.

Wholewheat French toast cooked with coconut oil and cinnamon, topped with banana, pumpkin seeds, crushed walnuts, organic crunchy peanut butter and a drizzle of maple syrup.
Sunday brunch is the best. :3

I know I know, I pretty much only post breakfast foods… but it’s the prettiest meal of the day. :3
